Section 9(7) in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate) Rules, 2017
(7)If it is reported to or detected by the Shipping Master that the entries made in the Continuous Discharge Certificate forged or false, then he shall cancel such Continuous Discharge Certificate forthwith.
