(2)The appeal may be preferred by the employee within 30 days from the date of receipt of the impugned order:Provided that the appellate authority may admit an appeal after expiry of specified period. if he is satisfied with the reasons given in the appeal that the appellant had sufficient reasons for not preferring the appeal timely.Part-IX External Service
