(2)Where, in accordance with the provisions the Uttar Pradesh Government Servants Confirmation Rules, 1991, confirmation not necessary the order under sub-rule (6) of Rule 5 of those rules declaring that the person concerned has successfully completed the probation shall be deemed to be the order of confirmation.
