Section 32 in The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Amendment) Act, 2002
32. Repeal and saving.-
(1)The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002 (Ord. 6 of 2002 ), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002 (Ord. 6 of 2002 ), anything done or any action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or ta en under the principal Act, as amended by this Act.
