Section 2(1) in The Procedure For Grant Of Mining Lease/Quarry Licence For Marble (Including Serpentine/ Green Marble Etc.)
(1)Restrictions provided under rule 4 of the Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986 shall apply in respect of a mining lease of quarry licence granted or renewed under this notification.
