5. Meeting of the Board.
- (i) An ordinary meeting of the Board shall be held every six months.(ii)The President may call a special meeting of the Board at any time he deems fit.(ii)A notice of every meeting shall be sent to each member by the Secretary fifteen clear days before the date fixed for the meeting.
