No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner was that result of Teachers Eligibility Test held on 26.04.2013 should be republished granting the benefit of 50 % reservation.

Learned Senior cousnel appearing for the respondent-JAC, who filed their counter affidavit, submits that the petitioner secured 75 marks as per evaluation of Teachers Eligibility Test and did not qualify as minimum marks required for qualifying for the said examination for Scheduled Caste Category is 78 marks i.e. 52%. It is submitted that results have been published long back and now therefore, the grievances of the petitioner are not maintainable. Otherwise also he has failed to qualify for Teachers Eligibility Test.

In the wake of aforesaid stand taken by the learned Senior counsel for the respondent-JAC, it appears that there is no merit in this writ petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
