Section 7(1) in Himachal Pradesh e-Stamping Rules, 2011
(1)The appointment of Central Record Keeping Agency may be renewed by the Appointing Authority on the recommendations of the Chief Controlling Authority. The application for renewal of appointment shall be made to the Appointing Authority by the Central Record Keeping Agency well in time before the expiry of the running term of appointment.
