1. The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 09.01.2024 (Annexure P-
5) passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Ludhiana, on the application filed by defendant No.1 under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC seeking rejection of the plaint.
2. The application filed by the defendant No.1 was dismissed. Parties were referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre before this Court. With the efforts made by counsel for the parties, the same has borne fruits. Parties have settled their disputes by written settlement dated 05.09.2024. The same is taken on record as Mark-X.
3. In view of the above, parties are directed to file a certified copy of settlement before the trial Court. The trial Court shall decree the suit in terms thereof and the compromise shall form part of the decree.
4. The present revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
