Section 30(1) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act, 1955
(1)Nothing contained in this Chapter shall apply to a bull dedicated in good faith to a religious purpose in accordance with any religious usage or custom;Provided the bull belongs to the prescribed breed and is approved by the prescribed authority.
