Section 23A(3) in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
(3)Tenders shall be opened in the office of the Mining Engineer/Assistant Mining Engineer concerned in the presence of tenderers who are present, by following committee, namely:-(i)Superintending Mining Engineer concerned - Presiding Officer(ii)Mining Engineer/Assistant Mining Engineer concerned(iii)Accounts personnel nominated by the Additional Director (Mines)
