Section 4 in The Bihar Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1979
4. Vesting date.
- All the undertakings shall be deemed to have been acquired by and vested in the State Government, on the date of promulgation of the (Bihar Ordinance No. 140 of 1975) at 11-30 p.m.
