legal representatives of
respondent No.1, detailed in para 3 of the application, are r deceased represented. Learned counsel appearing for the proposed legal representatives has no objection for allowing the application. The applicant/appellant has given cogent reasons for condoning the delay and for setting aside the abatement in moving the application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1, who is stated to have died on 08.04.2021.
In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 as detailed in para 3 of the application, are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No.1(a) to 1(f). Learned counsel appearing for the newly impleaded respondents seeks three weeks' time to file Power of Attorney on their behalf. Amended memo of parties stands filed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause title.
The application stands disposed of.
