Section 70E(4) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(4)Every control unit and balloting unit of the voting machine used at a polling station shall bear labels, both inside and outside marked with -(a)the ward number and name or municipal corporation;(b)the serial number and name of the polling station;(c)the serial number of the unit; and(d)the date of poll.
