(10)In cases not expressly provided for in these rules for the conduct of a meeting the decision of the Chairman presiding at the meeting on all matters relating to the conduct of business at the meeting shall be final.5.1.5Chairman of meeting - The Chairman of the CAC shall preside at every meeting of the CAC. In his absence a member shall be nominated by the Commission to act as the Chairman of the meeting.5.1.6Place of meeting - Unless the Commission otherwise notifies, all meetings of the CAC shall be held at the Head Office of the Commission.
