(3)The Superintendent shall, at every such parade, hear every request or complaint (if any) which any prisoner may desire to make and shall, in due course, inquire into and pass orders there-upon.Note 1. - On such parades, every prisoner shall neatly arrange his bedding, spare clothing, history ticket and utensils on the front end of his sleeping mat and sit or stand at attention at the other end, exposing the palms of his hands to the Superintendent's view.Note 2. - The Deputy Superintendent and the concerned executive staff shall be present on such weekly inspection parade.
