Section 39 in Kerala Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1968

39. Repeal.

- The Travancore Ancient Monuments Preservation Act (I of 1112), the Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, IX of 1110 (Cochin Act) and the Ancient Monuments Preservation Act,1904 (Central Act 7 of 1904), as in force in any part of the State of Kerala, are hereby repealed.
