Section 37(1) in The Rajasthan Land Acquisition Rules, 1956
(1)When an application is made to the State Government for acquisition of any land by a Company, other than a Company owned or controlled by the Central Government or any State Government, such acquisition shall ordinarily be made in accordance with the provisions of Part VII of the Act.
