Section 8(2) in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition and Control) Act, 2014
(2)Subject to the provisions of rules made under this Act, the provision of sub-section (1) shall not apply to-(a)any foreign liquor which is in the lawful possession of any common carrier or warehouseman as such, or(b)any foreign liquor which has been purchased lawfully by any person for his bona fide private consumption and not for sale.
