Section 24(1) in Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act 1961
(1)The Madras Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, (Act VIII of 1923) as in force in the Malabar District referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1904 (Act X of 1904) and the Cochin Survey Act II of 1074, are hereby repealed.
