101. Miscellaneous provision governing seniority.
- All other cases of seniority, not specially covered in the above provisions, shall bedecided-(a)in the case of superior officer by the Central Government;(b)in the case of enrolled members of the Force by the appointing authority, in accordance with the Directives or on the advice of the Director-General.
