8. Resignation of a member.
(1)Any member, other than the co-opted and the Ex-officio members, may resign his office at any time by tendering his resignation in writing to the Government, and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office on the acceptance of resignation by the Government.(2)The co-opted member may resign his office at any time by tendering his resignation in writing to the Board and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office on the acceptance of the resignation by the Board.
