5. Petitioner- running in custody since 11.08.2021 - seeks regular bail in case FIR No.405/2021 under Section 420/120B/34 IPC registered at police station Vasant Kunj (South).

6. The allegations against petitioner are he was running a franchise of Vodafone, had issued duplicate sim to co-accused who then with netbanking had caused fraud to the complainant to an extent of Rs.14.00 lacs.

7. Issue notice. Learned APP accepts notice and seeks to file status report. As sought, status report stating interalia the linkage between the petitioner and co-accused who had withdrawn the money; and the evidence collected so far be filed before the next date of hearing with an advance copy thereof to the learned counsel for petitioner through email.

8. The latest nominal roll of petitioner be also requisitioned from the Jail Superintendent. Both the documents be placed on record as well.
