Section 351 in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
351. Seizure.
- When the Tree Officer has reason to believe that an offence under the provisions of this Chapter has been committed in respect of any tree he may seize the tools, ropes, chains, boats, vehicles or animals used for the commission of the said offence alongwith tree or part thereof which has been served from the ground or the trunk, as the case may be.
