Section 4(1) in The Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012
(1)A person, desiring to undertake the profession of a travel agent or who is already in this profession on the commencement of this Act, shall make an application to the competent authority in such manner alongwith such fee and containing such documents as may be prescribed.
