Section 17A(1)(iii) in Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1956

(iii)is incapable of managing the affairs of the University the Kuladhipati may, notwithstanding the fact that the term of office of the Kulapati has not expired, by an order in writing stating the reasons therein, require the Kulapati to relinquish his office as from such date as may be specified in the order.
