: Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It has been jointly submitted that several other similarly situated and aggrieved persons have preferred several writ petitions and batch of the said cases has been decided by this Court in W.P.(S) No.2362 of 2008 (Baidya Nath Bodra Vs. State of Bihar & Ors.). The writ petitions have been allowed directing the respondents for taking necessary steps and issuing appointment letters within four months.

It has been prayed that these writ petitions may be disposed of in view of the said order.

Considering the above, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' case and to take necessary steps and issue appropriate order in terms of the decision of this Court in W.P.(S) No.2362 of 2008 (Baidya Nath Bodra Vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
