Section 12(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities (The Conduct of Business of the Mayor-In-Council/President-In-Council and the Powers and Functions of the Authorities) Rules, 1998
(1)It shall be necessary for the President (Speaker) in case of the Municipal Corporation, and in case of the Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat its President, to send the copy of resolution to the Chief Executive Officer within seven days from the date of adoption of such resolution by the Council.
