Section 14(e) in The M.P. Lok Abhikaranon Ke Madhyam Se Bis Sutriya Karyakram Ka Karyanvayan Niyam, 1997
(e)The Block Level Committees and Urban Committees shall submit its suggestions to the District Level Committee and the District Level Committee shall forward such reports and its suggestions to the local Head of Department at the District Level or to the State Government.
