2. Heard the counsel appearing for the applicant, project proponent and also Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEF&CC).
3. The parties are at liberty to file their written submissions, (if any), within a week.
4. The project proponent has produced fresh draft notification by eco- sensitive zone of Western Ghats 2022 issued in the year and also Office Memorandum and the counsel wanted that also will have to be considered by the Tribunal as even today, the area has not been specifically identified.
