Section 339(2) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(2)In respect of the suits or proceedings mentioned in sub-rule (1) the first appeal shall lie within thirty days of the date of the decree or order appealed against and the second appeal,if any, shall lie within ninety days of the date of the decree or order passed by the court of first appeal.
