Section 9(2) in The Aircraft (Security) Rules, 2011
(2)Where the Commissioner is satisfied that any aerodrome operator has contravened or failed to comply with the provision of these rules, he may, after giving hun an opportunity of being heard, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, suspend or cancel the Security clearance and Security programme granted or approved by him.
