Section 10(1) in British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981
(1)After examining the claims, the commissioner shall fix a certain date on before which every claimant shall file the proof of his claim of be excluded from the benefit of the disbursements made by the commissioner.
