Section 52(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1971
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate to any officer or authority any of the powers conferred upon it by this Act to be exercised subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in the notification.
