Section 3(1) in Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation and Municipalities (Registration of Colonizer, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 2013
(1)Any person who intends to undertake development of colony under Section 292-A of Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 and under Section 339-A of Municipalities Act, 1961 shall apply in Form-One appended to these rules.
