Section 3(1) in Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008
(1)The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Tribunal to be called the Bihar Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitration Tribunal, to exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority concerned on it by or under this Act.
