186. Initial deposit.
- Before an application for paper book is made under these Rules, the applicant shall make an initial deposit of [one hundred fifty] [Substituted, by No. 1/ S.R.O., dated 3-3-1992; published in Rajasthan Gazette part 1 (Kha) dated 16-4-92.] rupees:Provided that where an application is made under rule 185 or Rule 211 of this Chapter, an initial deposit of only [thirty] [Substituted by No. 1/ S.R.O., dated 3-3-1992; published in Rajasthan Gazette part 1 (Kha) dated 16-4-92.] rupees shall be required.
