Section 56(2) in The Rajasthan Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1961
(2)If, in a case falling under sub-section (1), the executor or administration does not, within six months referred to in that sub-section, pay the deficit fee, he shall forfeit a sum equal to five times the deficit fee.
