Section 18(1) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007
(1)The Controller or any authority designated for the purpose may, on receipt of a request in writing together with a fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred) from a cottonseed dealer or seed producer, amend the certificate of registration of such seed dealer or seed producer.
