Section 13(1) in United Provinces Medical Act, 1917
(1)Subject to the provision of this Act and of any rules made by the [State Government] [Substituted by the A. O. 1950 for (Provincial Government) which had been Substituted by the A. O. 1937 for (L.G.).] under this Act the Council may make regulations in respect of-(a)the times and places at which the meetings shall be held;(b)the issue of notices convening such meetings; and(c)the conduct of business thereat.
