Section 11(1) in Cantonments (House-Accommodation ) Act, 1923
(1)If a house is unoccupied, a notice issued under section 7 may require the owner to give possession of the same to the [Officer Commanding the station] [Substituted by Act 10 of 1925, s.6, for "Commanding Officer of the Cantonment"] within twenty-one days from the service of the notice.
