- If default be made in the payment of purchase money within the time specified in Order XXI, Rule 85 of the Code the fee payable by way of poundage shall be deducted from the deposit paid under Order XXI, Rule 84, and stamps representing such fee shall be bought and affixed by the court on the order directing the deduction to be made.
