6. Meeting of the Governing Council.
(1)The Governing Council shall hold ordinary meetings at such intervals as may be prescribed in the regulations and meeting may be convened by the Chairman at any time for the transaction of any urgent business.(2)The number of members necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting and the procedure to be followed thereat shall be such as may be provided in the regulations.
