(3)An application for review under this section shall lie on any of the grounds mentioned in Rule I of Order XLVII of the First Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908) and the provisions of the said order shall, subject to the provisions contained in sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), be applicable.
