Section 9(3) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2004
(3)When a compliant is settled, through mediation of the Ombudsman, the Ombudsman shall make a recommendation which he thinks fair in the circumstances of the case. The copies of the recommendation shall be sent to the consumer and the Licensee.
