1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), seeking certain directions from this Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that in view of the technical nature of the dispute and the defendant's challenge to the plaintiff's testing, it is imperative that an independent and neutral verification by a Government accredited laboratory is carried out, for effective adjudication of the issues involved, particularly, on technical parameters, which cannot be disputed by either party.

3. Thus, the present application has been filed with prayer for directing the parties to get their respective products tested through a Government Page 1 of 2 This is a digitally signed order.

7. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
