Section 28(3) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(3)The Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, rescind or modify any regulation made under this section and thereupon, the regulation shall cease to have effect or have effect as modified, as the case may be.
