Section 74(1) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(1)The Registrar may, by general or special order notified in the official Gazette, appoint any person to his nominee for deciding disputes arising in any one or more societies situated in such area and for such period as may be specified in the order.
