Respondent nos. 1 and 2 have filed counter affidavit. Petitioner nos. 2 to 7 are duly represented. As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased petitioner no.1 despite last opportunity having been granted, however, ld. Counsel for petitioner nos. 2 to 7 submits that legal representatives of deceased petitioner no.1 are already on record. Office to verify and update the records.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Signature Not Verified Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
