31. Volumes of minutes.
- The minutes of the meetings shall, as soon as is practicable after their confirmation, be made up in sheets and consecutively paged for insertion in a volume which shall be permanently preserved and a copy of volumes shall be supplied free to each member of the Central Council, and such copies may be sold to the public at a price to be fixed by the Central Council.
